This policy describes what information Lynxvane collects through this website, why, and the choices you have about it.

1. What we collect

When you request a free sample or otherwise contact us through this site, we collect what you give us directly:

  • Your company website
  • The competitors you'd like us to watch (optional)
  • Your work email address

We don't collect this information from any other source, and we don't ask for logins or access to any private accounts.

2. Why we collect it

We use this information to prepare and send your free sample report, to run the coverage check described in our FAQ, and to send you occasional Lynxvane product updates. We don't use it for anything beyond that.

3. Who we share it with

We share the minimum data needed with the providers that run parts of this service: a form/submission provider, an email delivery provider, and — once billing is live — a payment processor. We don't sell or rent your personal data to anyone, for any purpose.

4. How long we keep it

If you become a subscriber, we keep your account information for as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legitimate business and legal purposes. If you only requested a free sample, we keep that information for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing team@lynxvane.com. We'll confirm once it's done.

6. California residents (CCPA)

If you're a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, to request deletion of it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. As noted above, we do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email team@lynxvane.com.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. The current version always lives at this page; material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
